Sage Regenerative Kitchen & Brewery is the first in the Los Angeles and Pasadena area supporting local regenerative and organic farmers who make it their life's mission to partner with nature to regenerate the earth by bringing life back into the topsoil. 
The menu has gone through lots of changes over the years, and now it includes high-quality proteins such as 100% grass-fed beef and bison, regen organic chicken, organic milk, and cheeses. Daily farm deliveries mean that most dishes feature produce picked that same day or the day before. Diners can enjoy everything from breakfast to dinner, brunch, craft cocktails and beer, and desserts, with a choice of indoor dining or a spot on the expansive patio, which offers delightful views of the charming One Colorado Courtyard.
