Le Chateau de Tien Tao

 With Le Chateau de Tien Tao, owner Aaron Ho brings authentic Taipei cuisine and traditional Taiwanese beef noodle soup to Old Pasadena.  The base for the soup is simmered from beef bones and vegetables meticulously for 24 hours and served with chewy noodles, vegetables and slabs of meat.  It  is served one of three ways: clear; with braised beef; or as a tomato beef soup. Chopped pickled mustard greens and chile sauce accompany each bowl as a delicious garnish.
