Old Pasadena is home to nearly 200 independent businesses that offer distinctive merchandise, dining, and services. These locally owned small businesses, found “Only in Old Pas,” line our historic district's quaint side streets and alleys.  Shop Small and Dine Local on Saturday, November 30, 2024!

OLD PASADENA WELCOME STATIONS

Start your day by stopping by one of our seven Welcome Stations and pick up a canvas tote bag or Old-Pas branded enamel pin, while supplies last! All open at 10:00 AM and close at 8:00 PM unless otherwise noted. 

PROMOTIONS FOR SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY 

  • Agnes Restaurant & Cheesery is offering chocolate chip cookies and warm cider at the door (while supplies last).

  • AMT Vintage is so excited for their first ever SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY in OldPasadena that they are offering 10% OFF clothing, and a FREE gift with every purchase over $50!  They will also welcome Reiki healer, psychic, and tarot reader Amy Carmichael for 15-minute festive and fun readings from 12-5 pm! 

  • The Dog Bakery is offering a promo: Buy any 3 treats or chews and get the fourth free. You can mix and match between treats and chews and they also have half-dozen and full-dozen specials.

  • PlayLab Beauty is offering 50 random shoppers a free full-size product with any purchase from Friday through Sunday! 

  • Portrait Space is offering on-the-spot photo sessions in front of the red backdrop and Letters to Santa holiday props!  Or, book their normal photo session for a future appointment. Walk-ins can get a mini photo session for $40 and receive 5 digital photos. There will be a letter writing and coloring table set up to write your letter to Santa, as well as apple cider and tea for refreshments. 

  • Rebecca Crews is continuing its Black Friday sale with the entire store 30% Off and select items 70% Off.

  • The Unicorn Store will offer a gift with a purchase of $25 or more!

  • Jenette Bras will be open from 10 am - 6 pm and offering a tiered discount, 10% off up to $299, 20% off $300-$749, 30% off purchases over $750!

  • Gold Bug will give away exploratory-size bottles of romantic perfume from Coreterno, a design house based in Rome, with any purchase for Small Business Saturday. ($5 value)

  • NEO 39 will offer up to 50% OFF certain products, and giveaways, as well as releasing their "Ode to Pasadena" Scarlet Rose hat.

  • Lather invites you to RSVP to their Small Business Saturday party from 12 - 2 pm!

SANTA'S HELPERS

Shop small on Small Business Saturday and you might be surprised by one of Santa's Helpers who will offer you a chance to pull a Shop Small AMEX gift card from their holiday stocking to spend at any of our Old Pas businesses - valued at $25, $50, and $100!  Santa's Helpers will be visiting our independent retailers all day long to find shoppers and offer a gift card giveaway!  Shop small for a chance to win!

SHOP LOCAL PASADENA

The City of Pasadena is launching its Shop Local Pasadena campaign to put a spotlight on the city’s independent businesses and encourage shopping and dining local this holiday season. Small Business Saturday, November 30, will feature 25 Welcome Stations, including 7 in Old Pasadena, where you can pick up a free canvas tote bag while supplies last! Visit Pasadena is also highlighting its Pasadena Crafted campaign and canvas totes.

The Pasadena Department of Transportation is offering shoppers free rides on Pasadena Transit on November 29 and 30! For more information including bus schedules, maps, and real-time bus arrival information call (626) 744-4055 or visit PasadenaTransit.net.
