Sauvé Riegel, Inc. is a commercial real estate consulting, investment and leasing firm established in Pasadena in 1992. Sauvé Riegel has been instrumental in leasing space in several rehab projects in the Old Pasadena market, as well as bringing many retail and restaurant owners to the Pasadena area. Services include site evaluations, demographic analysis, lease preparation and evaluation, development services, investment analysis, property management and marketing services.
Norm Sauvé and his partner Robert Riegel started the Commercial Division of The Prudential DB Real Estate in 1989 as an independently owned and operated entity. Sauvé Riegel has represented major corporate office users in negotiations to lease “Class A” office space, and has leased retail stores, restaurants, offices and industrial spaces ranging from 500 to 50,000 square feet. The firm has negotiated leases for restaurants, franchises, retailers, food services, distributors, manufacturers, financial institutions, and nonprofit corporations.
