Pasadena celebrates Black History Month with the 41st Annual Black History Parade and Festival 2023, titled "Celebrating Our Excellence, the Legacy of Councilmember John J. Kennedy". One of Southern California’s largest and longest-running Black history parades begins at 10:00 am at Fair Oaks Avenue and Mountain View Street and ends at Robinson Park, 1081 N. Fair Oaks Avenue. Stay and enjoy the festival at Robinson Park, which runs until 4:00 pm. The festival features live bands, dance performances, community booths, guest speakers, food for purchase, and tons of fun!
